3^x =7+2^y by using modd[8] 3^(2k+1) ≡3[8] 3^(2k) ≡1[9]⇒3^x ≡{1,3}[8]....1 if y≥3⇒2^y +7≡7[8]...2 (1)&(2)⇒no sulution⇒y≤2 y=0⇒3^x =8⇒x∈R−Z y=1⇒3^x =9⇒x=2 y=2⇒3^x =11⇒x∈R−Z (x^ ,y)=(2,1)
