let (x^2 +ax+b)^2 = x^4  + 13x^3  + 6x^2  + px + q   so x^4 +2ax^3 +(a^2 +2b)x^2 +2abx+b^2 =x^4  + 13x^3  + 6x^2  + px + q  we get ⇒ 2a=13 ⇒a=6.5                        a^2 +2b=6 ⇒b=−18.125                        2ab=p ⇒ p=−235.625                         b^2 =q ⇒q=328.515625
let(x2+ax+b)2=x4+13x3+6x2+px+qsox4+2ax3+(a2+2b)x2+2abx+b2=x4+13x3+6x2+px+qweget2a=13a=6.5a2+2b=6b=18.1252ab=pp=235.625b2=qq=328.515625
