t_1 +t_5 =20 a+d+a+4d=20 2a+5d=20 .....(1) Insufficient information... Pl. check your question. In my opinion, “ninth term is ...... greater than the second” A number is missing in blank space
$${t}_{\mathrm{1}} +{t}_{\mathrm{5}} =\mathrm{20} \\ $$$${a}+{d}+{a}+\mathrm{4}{d}=\mathrm{20} \\ $$$$\mathrm{2}{a}+\mathrm{5}{d}=\mathrm{20}\:…..\left(\mathrm{1}\right) \\ $$$${Insufficient}\:{information}… \\ $$$${Pl}.\:{check}\:{your}\:{question}. \\ $$$${In}\:{my}\:{opinion}, \\ $$$$“{ninth}\:{term}\:{is}\:……\:{greater}\:{than}\:{the}\:{second}'' \\ $$$${A}\:{number}\:{is}\:{missing}\:{in}\:{blank}\:{space} \\ $$
