Assuming A, B and C points are the centers of their circles: AC=R_A −R_C =11−5=6 BC=R_B +R_C =6+5=11=R_A
$${Assuming}\:{A},\:{B}\:{and}\:{C}\:{points}\:{are}\:{the}\:{centers} \\ $$$${of}\:{their}\:{circles}: \\ $$$$ \\ $$$${AC}={R}_{{A}} −{R}_{{C}} =\mathrm{11}−\mathrm{5}=\mathrm{6} \\ $$$${BC}={R}_{{B}} +{R}_{{C}} =\mathrm{6}+\mathrm{5}=\mathrm{11}={R}_{{A}} \\ $$
