let R_1  and R_2  be the rent of the first  and second house last year.  (R_1 /R_2 )=((16)/(23))  R_1 =((16)/(23))R_2   ((1.25R_1 )/(R_2 +5200))=(9/(11))  1.25×11R_1 =9R_2 +9×5200  1.25×11×((16)/(23))R_2 =9R_2 +9×5200  (1.25×11×((16)/(23))−9)R_2 =9×5200  R_2 =((23)/(13))×9×5200=82800 $  R_1 =((16)/(23))×82800=57600 $
