OM=OK=5 cm  AM=(1/2)LM=4 cm  BK=(1/2)JK=3 cm  OA=(√(OM^2 −AM^2 ))=(√(5^2 −4^2 ))=3 cm  OB=(√(OK^2 −BK^2 ))=(√(5^2 −3^2 ))=4 cm  r=AB=OB−OA=4−3=1 cm
$$\mathrm{OM}=\mathrm{OK}=\mathrm{5}\:\mathrm{cm} \\ $$$$\mathrm{AM}=\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{2}}\mathrm{LM}=\mathrm{4}\:\mathrm{cm} \\ $$$$\mathrm{BK}=\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{2}}\mathrm{JK}=\mathrm{3}\:\mathrm{cm} \\ $$$$\mathrm{OA}=\sqrt{\mathrm{OM}^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{AM}^{\mathrm{2}} }=\sqrt{\mathrm{5}^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{4}^{\mathrm{2}} }=\mathrm{3}\:\mathrm{cm} \\ $$$$\mathrm{OB}=\sqrt{\mathrm{OK}^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{BK}^{\mathrm{2}} }=\sqrt{\mathrm{5}^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{3}^{\mathrm{2}} }=\mathrm{4}\:\mathrm{cm} \\ $$$$\mathrm{r}=\mathrm{AB}=\mathrm{OB}−\mathrm{OA}=\mathrm{4}−\mathrm{3}=\mathrm{1}\:\mathrm{cm} \\ $$
