if f(z)=a_0 +a_1 z+a_2 z^2 +...+a_n z^n   ⇒f(1)=a_0 +a_1 +a_2 +...+a_n =sum of  coefficients.    in current case   f(z)=((z^(999) −1)/(....))  f(1)=((1^(999) −1)/(....))=0=sum of all coef.
iff(z)=a0+a1z+a2z2++anznf(1)=a0+a1+a2++an=sumofcoefficients.incurrentcasef(z)=z9991.f(1)=19991.=0=sumofallcoef.
