!x is defined as number of derangements.  i think !!x is not defined. you could  mean !(!x).  x!! is defined as x×(x−2)×(x−4)×...×k   (k≥1)  similarly you could define x!!! as  x!!!=x×(x−3)×(x−6)×...×k  (k≥1)
