$$\frac{\mathrm{7}{x}}{\mathrm{3}}−\mathrm{4}{y}\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{7}×\mathrm{3}}{\mathrm{3}}−\mathrm{4}\left(−\mathrm{1}\right)\:=\:\mathrm{7}+\mathrm{4}\:=\:\mathrm{11}\:. \\ $$
