42+7x−10=60  7x=30  x=((30)/(7  ))
$$\mathrm{42}+\mathrm{7x}−\mathrm{10}=\mathrm{60} \\ $$$$\mathrm{7x}=\mathrm{30} \\ $$$$\mathrm{x}=\frac{\mathrm{30}}{\mathrm{7}\:\:} \\ $$

x=((28)/7)⇒x=4
$$\mathrm{x}=\frac{\mathrm{28}}{\mathrm{7}}\Rightarrow\mathrm{x}=\mathrm{4} \\ $$

42+7x=70  7x=70−42  7x=28  x=((28)/7)=4
$$\mathrm{42}+\mathrm{7}{x}=\mathrm{70} \\ $$$$\mathrm{7}{x}=\mathrm{70}−\mathrm{42} \\ $$$$\mathrm{7}{x}=\mathrm{28} \\ $$$${x}=\frac{\mathrm{28}}{\mathrm{7}}=\mathrm{4} \\ $$
