(a/x)=(b/y)=(c/z)=(1/3) , a−2b+c=2 and −2y+z=1 x=? An altered form of q#187020 (In this case solveable)
ax=by=cz=13,a2b+c=2and2y+z=1x=?You can't use 'macro parameter character #' in math mode(Inthiscasesolveable)

x = 3a   y = 3b  z = 3c   a  + c − 2b = 2   −2(3b) + 3c = 1   3c − 6b = 1   c −2b = (1/3)⇒   a + (1/3) = 2   a = (5/3) ⇒   x = 3((5/3)) = 5
x=3ay=3bz=3ca+c2b=22(3b)+3c=13c6b=1c2b=13a+13=2a=53x=3(53)=5
