An asymptote to the curve y^2 (1+x)=x^2 (1−x) is
$${An}\:{asymptote}\:{to}\:{the}\:{curve}\:{y}^{\mathrm{2}} \left(\mathrm{1}+{x}\right)={x}^{\mathrm{2}} \left(\mathrm{1}−{x}\right)\:{is} \\ $$

y^2 =((x^2 (1−x))/((1+x))) asymptote when: 1+x=0 ⇒ x=1
$${y}^{\mathrm{2}} =\frac{{x}^{\mathrm{2}} \left(\mathrm{1}−{x}\right)}{\left(\mathrm{1}+{x}\right)} \\ $$$$\mathrm{asymptote}\:\mathrm{when}: \\ $$$$\mathrm{1}+{x}=\mathrm{0}\:\Rightarrow\:{x}=\mathrm{1} \\ $$
