Calculate the amount of energy⊛ released when carbon-12 nucleus is formed by bringing 6 neutrons and 6 protons together.

let mass of proton=p mass of neutron=n mass of carbon−12 nucleus=c energy released=(6p+6n−c)×931MeV
$${let}\:{mass}\:{of}\:{proton}={p} \\ $$$${mass}\:{of}\:{neutron}={n} \\ $$$${mass}\:{of}\:{carbon}−\mathrm{12}\:{nucleus}={c} \\ $$$${energy}\:{released}=\left(\mathrm{6}{p}+\mathrm{6}{n}−{c}\right)×\mathrm{931}{MeV} \\ $$
