$${distance}\:{between}\:{molecules}\:{is} \\ $$$${large}\:,\:{P}\:{is}\:{less}\:{and}/{or}\:{temperature} \\ $$$${high},{molecules}\:{neutral},\:{potential}\: \\ $$$${energy}\:{therefore}\:{negligible} \\ $$$${compared}\:{to}\:{kinetic}\:{energy}. \\ $$
