$$\mathrm{All}\:\mathrm{prime}\:\mathrm{except}\:\mathrm{2}\:\mathrm{are}\:\mathrm{odd}. \\ $$$$\mathrm{Differencd}\:\mathrm{of}\:\mathrm{2}\:\mathrm{odd}\:\mathrm{numbers}\:\mathrm{is}\:\mathrm{even}. \\ $$$$\mathrm{Hence} \\ $$$${b}=\mathrm{2} \\ $$$${a}=\mathrm{997} \\ $$
