a+4d=a+12⇒d=3  a+5d=a+10⇒d=2    I think your question is wrong.
$${a}+\mathrm{4}{d}={a}+\mathrm{12}\Rightarrow{d}=\mathrm{3} \\ $$$${a}+\mathrm{5}{d}={a}+\mathrm{10}\Rightarrow{d}=\mathrm{2} \\ $$$$ \\ $$$${I}\:{think}\:{your}\:{question}\:{is}\:{wrong}. \\ $$
