let f (x) = ax + b

f {f (x)} = a^{2} x + (ab + b)

compairing a = \pm 8, b = 5, - \frac{45}{7}

∴ f (x) = 8 x + 5 or - 8 x - \frac{45}{7} please check .

composite function of f = f \circ f = f {f (x)}

which sometimes denote as f^{2}
