\frac{9^{2 x + 1}}{9^{2 x - 4}} = \frac{1}{3 x}

9^{2 x + 1 - 2 x + 4} = \frac{1}{3 x}

{(9)}^{5} = \frac{1}{3 x}

59, 049 x = \frac{1}{3}

x = \frac{1}{177, 147} .
