If A matrices order 1999×2006,  then minimal value of  rank(A)+null(A)

we know that if A is m×n matrix then         rankA+dim NulA=n  so in this quiestion   rankA+dim NulA=2006
$${we}\:{know}\:{that}\:{if}\:{A}\:{is}\:{m}×{n}\:{matrix}\:{then} \\ $$$$\:\:\:\:\:\:\:{rankA}+{dim}\:{NulA}={n} \\ $$$${so}\:{in}\:{this}\:{quiestion}\: \\ $$$${rankA}+{dim}\:{NulA}=\mathrm{2006} \\ $$
