IF F varies directly as A and N, find the constant of proportionality when A=182, F=365 and N=80.

 F = kAN, where k is the constant   365 = k(182)(80)   k = ((365)/(182×80))   k = ((73)/(2912))
$$\:{F}\:=\:{kAN},\:{where}\:{k}\:{is}\:{the}\:{constant} \\ $$$$\:\mathrm{365}\:=\:{k}\left(\mathrm{182}\right)\left(\mathrm{80}\right) \\ $$$$\:{k}\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{365}}{\mathrm{182}×\mathrm{80}} \\ $$$$\:{k}\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{73}}{\mathrm{2912}} \\ $$
