i think..  choosing block no 7 is=(1/(10))  not choosing block no7 is =1−(1/(10))=(9/(10))
$${i}\:{think}.. \\ $$$${choosing}\:{block}\:{no}\:\mathrm{7}\:{is}=\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{10}} \\ $$$${not}\:{choosing}\:{block}\:{no}\mathrm{7}\:{is}\:=\mathrm{1}−\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{10}}=\frac{\mathrm{9}}{\mathrm{10}} \\ $$
