4181 is the 20th term of the fibonacci series  if started with 0. else its 19th term  4181=37×113 so its factors are 1,37,113,4181  excluding 1 and 4181 itself  factors of 4181 are 37,113 those were not  a term of fibbonacci series.  but there are other numbers also like  233− 13th term − a prime number so it   does not have a factor which is a fibonacci number
