b=3  a=0  limit=((√2)/2)≠(2/3)  i think question is wrong.
$${b}=\mathrm{3} \\ $$$${a}=\mathrm{0} \\ $$$${limit}=\frac{\sqrt{\mathrm{2}}}{\mathrm{2}}\neq\frac{\mathrm{2}}{\mathrm{3}} \\ $$$${i}\:{think}\:{question}\:{is}\:{wrong}. \\ $$
