\frac{3 + \frac{2}{9}}{3 + \frac{1}{9}} = \frac{29}{28} = \frac{29}{2^{2} 7}

\log \frac{29}{2^{2} 7} = \log 29 - \log 7 - 2 \log 2

what do you mean with “ {characteristic}^{″} ?

{it}^{'} s an irrational number

if so the answer is 0

\log 1 < \log (1 + \frac{1}{28}) < \log e

0 < \log (1 + \frac{1}{28}) < 1
