Suppose the number of cars manufactured  in the first yeat be n units .Then in the second year  is ((3n)/2) and in the third year is 2n .Sum of cars  manufactured in the 3_years period is  ((9n)/(2 )).Hence P=(((3n)/2)/((9n)/2))=(1/3)⇒Choose A
