The stone moves in uniform circular motion. ω = 2πf where f = ((# rev)/(time)) = ((10)/(25)) Hz = 0.4 Hz ⇒ ω = 2π × 0.4 = 0.8 π rad/sec v = rω = 0.3 × 0.8 = 0.24 m/s in 5 seconds , d =vt = 0.24 × 5 = 1.2 m
