the problem why you got no answer might be that nobody knows what “the (a_4 =?)” means. your question is like this one: the ship is 25m long. how old is Peter?

for example p(x)=3x^2 +4x^3 −2 a_2 =2 , a_3 =4 , a_0 =−2
$${for}\:{example}\:\:{p}\left({x}\right)=\mathrm{3}{x}^{\mathrm{2}} +\mathrm{4}{x}^{\mathrm{3}} −\mathrm{2} \\ $$$${a}_{\mathrm{2}} =\mathrm{2}\:\:,\:\:{a}_{\mathrm{3}} =\mathrm{4}\:,\:\:\:{a}_{\mathrm{0}} =−\mathrm{2}\: \\ $$

no. you′d have to define a_n first. i.e. a_n =p(n) with p(x)=3x^2 +4x^3 −2 then it′s clear. but a_n =p(x, y) ???
$$\mathrm{no}.\:\mathrm{you}'\mathrm{d}\:\mathrm{have}\:\mathrm{to}\:\mathrm{define}\:{a}_{{n}} \:\mathrm{first}.\:\mathrm{i}.\mathrm{e}. \\ $$$${a}_{{n}} ={p}\left({n}\right)\:\mathrm{with}\:{p}\left({x}\right)=\mathrm{3}{x}^{\mathrm{2}} +\mathrm{4}{x}^{\mathrm{3}} −\mathrm{2} \\ $$$$\mathrm{then}\:\mathrm{it}'\mathrm{s}\:\mathrm{clear}. \\ $$$$\mathrm{but}\:{a}_{{n}} ={p}\left({x},\:{y}\right)\:??? \\ $$
