voltage is always between 2 points.  so there is no voltage in a point .    to have an answer you have to specify  the other point.

i ask potential not potential difference

Ground level by convention is taken  as 0 potential in circuits.
$$\mathrm{Ground}\:\mathrm{level}\:\mathrm{by}\:\mathrm{convention}\:\mathrm{is}\:\mathrm{taken} \\ $$$$\mathrm{as}\:\mathrm{0}\:\mathrm{potential}\:\mathrm{in}\:\mathrm{circuits}. \\ $$
