Volume of cylindrical part = πr^2 h  = ((22)/7)×28×28×5 = 12,320 cm^3
$$\mathrm{Volume}\:\mathrm{of}\:\mathrm{cylindrical}\:\mathrm{part}\:=\:\pi{r}^{\mathrm{2}} {h} \\ $$$$=\:\frac{\mathrm{22}}{\mathrm{7}}×\mathrm{28}×\mathrm{28}×\mathrm{5}\:=\:\mathrm{12},\mathrm{320}\:\mathrm{cm}^{\mathrm{3}} \\ $$
