is there a mistake in the question? shouldnt the denomenator be mn(m+1)^2 (n+1)^2 (m+2)(n+2)

≥Σ_(m≥1) (((m−1)^2 )/(48m(m+2)))=+∞
⩾∑m⩾1(m−1)248m(m+2)=+∞
