 let: (1/(x−3)) = y   x = (1/y)+3  ⇒  y = (1/x) + 3      ∴   f((1/((1/x)+3−3))) = (1/(((1/x) + 3)))   f(x) = (1/(((1/x) + 3)))
$$\:\mathrm{let}:\:\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{x}−\mathrm{3}}\:=\:\mathrm{y} \\ $$$$\:\mathrm{x}\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{y}}+\mathrm{3}\:\:\Rightarrow\:\:\mathrm{y}\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{x}}\:+\:\mathrm{3} \\ $$$$\: \\ $$$$\:\therefore \\ $$$$\:\mathrm{f}\left(\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{x}}+\mathrm{3}−\mathrm{3}}\right)\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\left(\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{x}}\:+\:\mathrm{3}\right)} \\ $$$$\:\mathrm{f}\left(\mathrm{x}\right)\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\left(\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{x}}\:+\:\mathrm{3}\right)} \\ $$
