(m_{g} + m_{b} + m_{s}) v_{1} = (m_{g} + m_{b}) v_{2 b} + m_{s} v_{2 s}

v_{2 b} = \frac{(m_{g} + m_{b} + m_{s}) v_{1} - m_{s} v_{2 s}}{m_{g} + m_{b}}

= \frac{(50 + 0.5) \times 5 - 0.5 \times 15}{50} = 4.9 m / s
