question is wrong!  the three equations for two variables  are inconsistent.

to determine the values of two variables  we only need two conditions, i.e. two  equations. here we have three equations.
$${to}\:{determine}\:{the}\:{values}\:{of}\:{two}\:{variables} \\ $$$${we}\:{only}\:{need}\:{two}\:{conditions},\:{i}.{e}.\:{two} \\ $$$${equations}.\:{here}\:{we}\:{have}\:{three}\:{equations}. \\ $$
