Yes sir, it is a matter of finding the value off f(x) when x is less than or equal to 1. Thans.

with x≤1: ∣x−1∣=1−x ∣x−2∣=2−x ⇒f(x)=(1−x)−(2−x)=−1
$${with}\:{x}\leqslant\mathrm{1}: \\ $$$$\mid{x}−\mathrm{1}\mid=\mathrm{1}−{x} \\ $$$$\mid{x}−\mathrm{2}\mid=\mathrm{2}−{x} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{f}\left({x}\right)=\left(\mathrm{1}−{x}\right)−\left(\mathrm{2}−{x}\right)=−\mathrm{1} \\ $$
