what is the problum in this contiliver beam

A contilever beam with lenght of 2l has a  constant cross section in the form of a  square with a side a=2cm. The highest  normal stresses are σ_x ^(max) =360 MPA. the   linearly distributed load is q=400N/m.  Find the force value P. consider   Wz=a^3 /6.
