xΔe=x⇒−3x×e−3x−3e−4=x  ⇒−3e(x+1)=4(x+1)⇒ e=−(4/3)
$$\mathrm{x}\Delta\mathrm{e}=\mathrm{x}\Rightarrow−\mathrm{3x}×\mathrm{e}−\mathrm{3x}−\mathrm{3e}−\mathrm{4}=\mathrm{x} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow−\mathrm{3e}\left(\mathrm{x}+\mathrm{1}\right)=\mathrm{4}\left(\mathrm{x}+\mathrm{1}\right)\Rightarrow\:\mathrm{e}=−\frac{\mathrm{4}}{\mathrm{3}} \\ $$

 x △ y = −3xy −3x −3y − 4   x △ e = x   x = −3xe−3x−3e−4   4x + 4 = −3xe − 3e   e(3x + 3) = −4 −4x   e = ((−4−4x)/(3x+3))   = ((−4(1 + x))/(3(1 + x))) = −(4/3)
