i think there is only one possibility.  blue numbers show the order in which  i determined the red numbers.  62/2=31  (2)  63/9=7  (7)  64/8=8  (9)  65/5=13  (4)  66/6=11  (6)  67/1=67  (1)  68/4=17  (5)  69/3=23  (3)  70/7=10  (8)  ⇒S=187
