A survey was conducted on a number of familes  about the number of children they have.  The families had 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 children.  If the y−axis represents the number of families,  and the x−axis represents the number of children,  how many families took part in the survey in total?

5+25+15+10+5=60
$$\mathrm{5}+\mathrm{25}+\mathrm{15}+\mathrm{10}+\mathrm{5}=\mathrm{60} \\ $$
