Both did (1/(12)) of work in 1 day. (4/(12))=(1/3) of work in 4 days Remaining part of work =1−(1/3)=(2/3) Ram did (2/3) of work in 20 days He can do whole work in 20×(3/2)=30 days He can do (1/(30)) of work in 1 day He can do (4/(30))=(2/(15)) of work in 4 days Shyam did (1/3)−(2/(15))=(1/5) of work in 4 days. He can do whole work in 4×5=20 days
