lcm(3x, 4x)=12x=180 x=((180)/(12))=15 3x=45=3^2 5^1 4x=60=2^2 3^1 5^1 lcm(3^2 5^1 , 2^2 3^1 5^1 )=2^2 3^2 5=180
$$\mathrm{lcm}\left(\mathrm{3}{x},\:\mathrm{4}{x}\right)=\mathrm{12}{x}=\mathrm{180} \\ $$$${x}=\frac{\mathrm{180}}{\mathrm{12}}=\mathrm{15} \\ $$$$\mathrm{3}{x}=\mathrm{45}=\mathrm{3}^{\mathrm{2}} \mathrm{5}^{\mathrm{1}} \\ $$$$\mathrm{4}{x}=\mathrm{60}=\mathrm{2}^{\mathrm{2}} \mathrm{3}^{\mathrm{1}} \mathrm{5}^{\mathrm{1}} \\ $$$$\mathrm{lcm}\left(\mathrm{3}^{\mathrm{2}} \mathrm{5}^{\mathrm{1}} ,\:\mathrm{2}^{\mathrm{2}} \mathrm{3}^{\mathrm{1}} \mathrm{5}^{\mathrm{1}} \right)=\mathrm{2}^{\mathrm{2}} \mathrm{3}^{\mathrm{2}} \mathrm{5}=\mathrm{180} \\ $$

two number are 3xand 4x lcm=x×3×4=12x 12x=180 x=((180)/(12))=15 so one is 3×15=45 another is 4×15=60
$${two}\:{number}\:{are}\:\mathrm{3}{xand}\:\mathrm{4}{x} \\ $$$${lcm}={x}×\mathrm{3}×\mathrm{4}=\mathrm{12}{x} \\ $$$$\mathrm{12}{x}=\mathrm{180} \\ $$$${x}=\frac{\mathrm{180}}{\mathrm{12}}=\mathrm{15} \\ $$$${so}\:{one}\:{is}\:\mathrm{3}×\mathrm{15}=\mathrm{45} \\ $$$${another}\:{is}\:\mathrm{4}×\mathrm{15}=\mathrm{60} \\ $$
