∴ area of the sq. of((1/4)th of big sq.)= 3×4=12 cm^2
$$\therefore\:{area}\:{of}\:\:{the}\:{sq}.\:{of}\left(\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{4}}{th}\:{of}\:{big}\:{sq}.\right)= \\ $$$$\mathrm{3}×\mathrm{4}=\mathrm{12}\:{cm}^{\mathrm{2}} \\ $$
