let   y=A(x−a)(x−b)^2 (x−9)+4  and also let     (dy/dx) = 4A(x−2)(x−b)(x−c)  at x=c , y=0 ; hence  _____________________  A(c−9)(c−b)^2 (c−a)=−4    ..(i)  _____________________  at x=0 , y=−2,  so  _____________________  3Aab^2  = −2                        ....(ii)  _____________________  (dy/dx) = (d/dx)(y)     implies  4A(x−b)(x−2)(x−c)=       = A[(x−b)^2 (x−9)+2(x−b)(x−a)(x−9)                 +(x−a)(x−b)^2 ]  ⇒  4(x−2)(x−c)=4x^2 +(−b−9−2a−18                                  −a−b)x             +(9b+18a+ab)  comparing coefficients of x^1  on  both sides:  ⇒  8+4c = 3a+2b+27  _____________________  ⇒  3a+2b+19 = 4c     ....(iii)  _____________________    comparing constant terms of   (dy/dx) & (d/dx)(y)  _____________________  ab+18a+9b = 8c         ....(iv)  _____________________  ...  ultimately eliminating A,b, c  among the four equations:  24×256a(19−6a)^2 (5+a)^2      = (3a^2 −26a−9)(3a^2 +58a+19)^2                     ×(171−a^2 −10a)  ⇒  a= −0.0092         b = 7.63613         c = 8.5612        A = 1.242723  so eq. is    y=1.242723(x+0.0092)            ×(x−7.63613)^2 (x−9)+4 .
