v_y = πr^2  (10) = v_x   10πr^2  = π(2r)^2  h  10πr^2  = 4πr^2  h   h = ((10)/4) = (5/2) cm
vy=πr2(10)=vx10πr2=π(2r)2h10πr2=4πr2hh=104=52cm
