2 x y - y = 2 {a x}^{2} - a x + b

2 y - 0 = 4 a x - a

14 = 8 a - a

a = 7

y = a x + \frac{b}{2 x - 1}

7 = 7 \times 2 + \frac{b}{2 \times 2 - 1}

\frac{b}{3} = - 7

b = - 21
