The differential equation of x^2 +y^2 =25 is
$${The}\:{differential}\:{equation}\:{of}\:{x}^{\mathrm{2}} +{y}^{\mathrm{2}} =\mathrm{25}\:{is} \\ $$

with differential implicit  2x+2y y′ = 0  y′ = ((−2x)/(2y)) ⇒y′ = ((−x)/( (√(25−x^2 ))))
$$\mathrm{with}\:\mathrm{differential}\:\mathrm{implicit} \\ $$$$\mathrm{2x}+\mathrm{2y}\:\mathrm{y}'\:=\:\mathrm{0} \\ $$$$\mathrm{y}'\:=\:\frac{−\mathrm{2x}}{\mathrm{2y}}\:\Rightarrow\mathrm{y}'\:=\:\frac{−\mathrm{x}}{\:\sqrt{\mathrm{25}−\mathrm{x}^{\mathrm{2}} }} \\ $$
