Let the principal is x

Interest = \frac{5 x}{16}

Per year interest = \frac{5 x}{16} / \frac{25}{6} = \frac{5 x}{24}

(\begin{matrix} PerYear \\ interest & principal \\ \frac{5 x}{24} & x \\ ? & 100 \end{matrix})

\frac{?}{5 x / 24} = \frac{100}{x}

? = \frac{100}{x} \times \frac{5 x}{24} = \frac{125}{6} %
