If the coefficient of x^7 and x^8  in (2+(x/3))^n   are equal then r is equal to

There is an error in the question. r comes  out to be fractional.
$$\mathrm{There}\:\mathrm{is}\:\mathrm{an}\:\mathrm{error}\:\mathrm{in}\:\mathrm{the}\:\mathrm{question}.\:{r}\:\mathrm{comes} \\ $$$$\mathrm{out}\:\mathrm{to}\:\mathrm{be}\:\mathrm{fractional}. \\ $$
