((3−a)/r) = (h/R)  ((3−a)/(((a/( (√2)))))) = (3/1)  3(√2) −(√2)a = 3a  a = ((3(3(√2) −2))/7)
$$\frac{\mathrm{3}−{a}}{{r}}\:=\:\frac{{h}}{{R}} \\ $$$$\frac{\mathrm{3}−{a}}{\left(\frac{{a}}{\:\sqrt{\mathrm{2}}}\right)}\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{3}}{\mathrm{1}} \\ $$$$\mathrm{3}\sqrt{\mathrm{2}}\:−\sqrt{\mathrm{2}}{a}\:=\:\mathrm{3}{a} \\ $$$${a}\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{3}\left(\mathrm{3}\sqrt{\mathrm{2}}\:−\mathrm{2}\right)}{\mathrm{7}} \\ $$
