v_2 ^2 =v_1 ^2 +2gh=10^2 +2×10×75=1600 ⇒v_2 =40 m/s
$${v}_{\mathrm{2}} ^{\mathrm{2}} ={v}_{\mathrm{1}} ^{\mathrm{2}} +\mathrm{2}{gh}=\mathrm{10}^{\mathrm{2}} +\mathrm{2}×\mathrm{10}×\mathrm{75}=\mathrm{1600} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{v}_{\mathrm{2}} =\mathrm{40}\:{m}/{s} \\ $$
