x^{3} - \frac{8}{3} x^{2} + 2 x + \frac{7}{3} = 0

(x - x_{1}) (x - x_{2}) (x - x_{3}) = 0

x^{3} - (x_{1} + x_{2} + x_{3}) x^{2} + (x_{1} x_{2} + x_{1} x_{3} + x_{2} x_{3}) x - x_{1} x_{2} x_{3} = 0
